• Plan and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns
• Manage and deliver push notifications and SMS campaigns that complement email efforts
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop clear briefs for email, SMS, and push notifications
• Partner with segmentation teams to target responsive audiences and implement personalization strategies
• Track and analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights for performance improvement

• 5+ years of marketing or related business experience
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Strong initiative, ownership, and a proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• Retail experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Micro Strategy, or similar reporting tools
