About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the National Marketing Team for Anywhere Integrated Services, the Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all channels. The role involves managing campaign assets, coordinating with internal and external partners, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creative design, delivering measurable impact, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary

Range for this Position: $45,000 - $60,000

Success in this role requires strong project‑management skills, proactive communication, and high organization. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who seeks growth opportunities, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design compelling marketing campaigns that align with company goals and resonate across diverse regional markets.
  • Implement campaigns across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of channels to maximize reach and engagement, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand message.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—creative, sales, product—to ensure marketing initiatives meet business objectives.
  • Track and manage deliverables and requests via vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
  • Conduct competitive research with local experts to maintain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Own the maintenance and management of the Sales Rep Portal (Marq) by partnering with design resources and stakeholders to keep assets current, brand‑compliant, and accessible.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, focusing on campaign and program management.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva, InDesign is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing software—CRM systems, email marketing platforms, project management tools.
  • Experience with project‑management software (Hive or ) to keep tasks on track and deliver on time is a plus.
  • Proactive learning attitude and interest in leveraging AI for marketing efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with diverse teams across different regions is a plus.
