Communications Specialist 5
Location:
Fully Remote (Preferred EST but open to all US time zones)
Duration: 6 Months (High possibility for an extension after the budget approval)
Work Schedule:
40 hours/week, no overtime
Pay Rate Range: $40 to $45
You will lead end-to-end communication strategy execution for major programs, working closely with Business Program Managers and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute communication strategy and processes for major programs
- Create internal communications (newsletters, talking points, RoB content, email announcements)
- Build and manage project plans, workbacks, timelines, and approval workflows
- Facilitate Rhythm of Business (RoB) sessions and manager/community calls
- Maintain SharePoint pages and resource libraries
- Track campaign performance (open rates, engagement, feedback)
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve communications effectiveness
- Manage stakeholder relationships and content sourcing
- Lead the rollout of customer support team quizzes globally
- Identify new communication methods and best practices to improve reach and clarity
- 10+ years total experience in communications and business program management
- Background in Business Communications or Marketing preferred
- No specific degree requirement: communications/marketing degrees are a plus

PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note, basic SharePoint management
