Role PurposeTo deliver excellent execution within key strategic grocery customers, responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper strategy across all Baby & Beverages categories.
Key Activities Analytics- Analysis of shopper data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer
- Monthly budget forecasting and reviews by category, adjusting accordingly based on data
- Ownership and delivery of campaign performance and target tracking
- Nurture and manage your day-to-day customer contacts
- Ensure we are the ‘supplier of choice’ by understanding best in class ways of working and consistently delivering against this
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing ICX team to ensure the delivery of aligned and impactful brand messages at every touchpoint within specific customers
- Working with a small number of customers to collaboratively plan and execute tailor‑made shopper plans to budget, evaluating and adapting as necessary
- Responsible for the excellent execution of NPD in specific customers
- Tracking of the key targets (e.g. activation ROI, shopper conversion, customer touchpoints) to deliver the plan, working across functions to execute
- Delivery of each campaign by subchannel (e.g. main estate, convenience, online etc) to maximise ROI
- Being an active member of the Shopper team
- Delivery management through setting the plans for activities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day‑to‑day challenges

- Good level of commercial acumen
£45,000 to £57,000 per annum.
