Position: Assistant Brand Manager - REMOTE w/ travel
Location: Naperville

Assistant Brand Manager – Remote (Travel Required)

Join United Woundcare Institute in a dynamic role that blends marketing creativity with operational support to drive brand success across specialty clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day social media channels (Linked In, etc.), including posting, engagement, and content calendar creation.
  • Support trade show and conference logistics, materials, and onsite coordination.
  • Coordinate production and vendor relationships to deliver creative assets on time.
  • Maintain organized content libraries to ensure new assets are filed accurately.
  • Assist leadership with off‑site meeting logistics, communication, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to keep projects on track.
  • Adapt to a fast‑moving environment with a “no task too small” mindset.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing/communications/brand experience.
  • Proven experience managing social media channels and developing content calendars.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, collaborative teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Nice to have:
    Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, event/tradeshow experience, AI‑powered productivity tools, project management experience.
