SummaryWe’re hiring ONE person to own our entire content machine and turn social media into a recruiting pipeline.
We run a fast‑growing direct sales and marketing company that works with home service businesses. My business is being tasked with building out the intern department within our parent company, GRIT Marketing. To do so, we need to expand our brand awareness among the younger crowd. Our interns will earn 15K‑30k in a single summer and develop elite skills that will help their careers.

What You’ll OwnYour mission:
Turn our story, trainings, and rep results into daily content that drives qualified recruits from social media.
You will:
- Plan, film (or direct filming), edit, and publish short‑form content (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts) plus 1‑2 longer‑form videos per week.
- Create native content for IG, Tik Tok, and You Tube that speaks to 18‑24 year olds who want to develop skills and earn good money doing so.
- Pull stories/testimonials from reps and turn them into case studies, “day in the life,” and money breakdown content.
- Write hooks, titles, and help with thumbnails that actually stop scroll and get watched.
- Track performance (views, watch time, followers, DMs, applicants) and iterate based on data.
- Build and maintain a content calendar so we never miss.
- Obsessed with You Tube/Tik Tok/IG. You study creators and trends for fun.
- A one‑person media team: you can shoot and edit short‑form, and you understand pacing, hooks, and patterns that perform.
- Portfolio‑backed: you’ve edited content that looks and feels like what we want.
- Hungry to be measured by impact: “How many good people found us and applied because of my content?”
Remote is OK. Huge plus if you can occasionally travel to Scottsdale for content sprints and in‑person field days.
CompensationWe’re aligning upside with results:
- Base: Modest monthly base (enough so you’re not stressed), depending on experience.
- Upside: Performance bonus per qualified rep who comes from content you drive (tracked via links, DMs, and interview tags).
- Timing: Bonuses paid during the summer season with an additional season‑end kicker in September when backend revenue lands.
On target earnings with performance bonuses: $72,000‑$108,000 / year
