• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns while conducting keyword research and developing ad copy
• Assist in the development and optimization of landing pages, collaborating with web development and design teams
• Execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, while publishing engaging organic content
• Stay current with social media trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
• Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media strategies on multiple platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective advertising campaigns

• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
• Bilingual
• Experience using Craft and Hub Spot
• Shopify (e-commerce) experience
• Adobe Creative Suite experience
