Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute brand experience campaigns, events, and programs to engage audiences and build loyalty.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for successful activations.
- Oversee and enhance the sponsorship governance process.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Support creative development and strategic planning for brand activations.
- Ensure initiatives align with brand strategy and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, experiential, or related fields.
- Proven ability to plan and execute brand activations, campaigns, and events that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics, including digital, content, and experiential strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage and prioritize diverse projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work virtually, be self‑directed and motivated, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing sponsor ships, partnerships, and brand activations in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to campaign briefing, reporting, and optimization processes.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams and fast‑paced environments.
- Background in creative development, strategic planning, or experiential storytelling.

Base pay range: $71,100 – $97,800 per year. 40 hours per week.
