• Build, quality check, and execute complex brand omnichannel marketing programs

• Monitor email deliverability and provide recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns
• Maintain documentation in accordance with department policies and procedures

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
• 5‑8 years of experience in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, or 1:1 marketing
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience creating marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

• Proven ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
• Experience working independently without day‑to‑day supervision
• Strong client service and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and HTML/CSS
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
