We’re looking for a Marketing Director who knows how to grab global attention, build a category-defining brand, disrupt the industry, and turn Sky Spy into a household name.

Location:

Remote. Open to Europe/UK (Poland, Germany, France, and the UK preferred).

Work setup:
The number of hours depends on the candidate's involvement. It is a Part-Time to Full-Time opportunity.

Salary depends on the candidate's experience.

You’ll be the driving force behind the brand, communications, and marketing strategy. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll both set the vision and roll up your sleeves.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Company positioning

  Develop company positioning using Blue Ocean Strategy.

• Marketing strategy

  Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across military and civilian domains.

• PR & Media Relations

  Build strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers. Secure coverage and media appearances for the company and founders.

• Social Media

  Develop content for company and founder accounts that drives demand, sparks interest, and goes viral. Manage contractors/agencies to scale creative output.

• Advertising

  Plan and run targeted campaigns across relevant digital and industry platforms to reach investors, partners, and clients.

• Events & Trade Shows

  Lead Sky Spy’s presence at global defense and aerospace trade shows. Manage logistics, contractors, and booth design.

• Budget management

  Track marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources. Provide clear reporting.

We’re looking for someone who can create impact from day one and build a world‑class marketing function from scratch.

• Proven ability to design and execute marketing strategy, from vision to tactical execution.
• Track record of building viral campaigns that captured global attention.
• Hands‑on experience leading marketing across social, PR, advertising, and events.
• Leadership skills to manage contractors, agencies, and eventually a growing in‑house team.

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or dual‑use technology sectors.
• Background in fast‑scaling startups or companies where speed and boldness matter.
