You’re a hands‑on PPC/SEO operator who thrives in structure. You enjoy running a proven system at a high level rather than rebuilding strategy from scratch. You want to sharpen your craft, take ownership, and grow quickly in a supportive, accountable environment.
This Role is Ideal If You:- Have 3–7 years of experience and want to accelerate your skills
- Love consistency, clarity, and executing with excellence
- Want to become dangerously good at PPC + SEO
- Communicate clearly and enjoy explaining insights
- Appreciate defined processes that reduce chaos and increase performance
Google Ads
- Build, manage, and optimize search campaigns
- Monitor budgets, pacing, CPL, and conversion quality
- Conduct keyword research, clustering, and competitive analysis
SEO
- Execute on‑page, local, and content‑driven strategies
- Optimize content using our “They Ask, You Answer” approach
- Track rankings, conversions, and overall performance metrics
- Collaboration
- Meet with internal teams and occasionally client
- Communicate insights clearly and proactively
