Role OverviewThe Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving digital growth and customer engagement across eFormed Partners’ online marketplace brands. This position focuses on executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, managing email and lifecycle marketing programs, and supporting AI‑assisted marketing initiatives that improve ROAS, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative problem‑solving and has hands‑on experience in performance marketing and ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns using AI‑enhanced tools (e.g., Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads Manager).
- Support SEO and content strategies by coordinating with internal teams to improve visibility and performance across key categories.
- Execute and track email and lifecycle marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with product, data, and merchandising teams to align marketing campaigns with inventory priorities, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
- Assist in affiliate marketing activities including tracking, partner communication, and offer updates.
- Maintain and report on channel budgets and pacing across paid and owned channels.
- Contribute to ongoing testing and learning initiatives (A/B tests, creative experiments, and funnel optimizations).
- 3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing in ecommerce or online marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to manage paid search, social, and email campaigns with measurable revenue or lead‑generation outcomes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing automation or CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Experience using or experimenting with AI‑powered marketing tools for optimization, creative testing, or audience targeting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
