💰Compensation: USD $100k - $130K per annum + up to 30% Performance Bonus

Your Mission: To lead and expand Puffy's entire affiliate marketing program, establishing innovative, high-performing partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and solidify our position as a top 5 US mattress brand.

• Architect a Premier Partnership Engine. You won't just manage accounts—you will own the entire affiliate strategy. You will identify and launch new partnership channels, optimize campaigns for maximum profitability, and build a program that becomes a primary driver of Puffy's growth.
• Partner with the 1%. Work directly with our Forbes Council Member CEO and a leadership team of proven experts, gaining firsthand exposure to the strategic decisions and high-velocity execution that drives a global brand.

• Master an AI-Native Toolbox. While other companies are manually tracking basic performance, you will be using market-leading analytics platforms to forecast results and allocate spend to maximize profitability in a truly AI-native environment, giving you a competitive advantage few Affiliate Marketing leaders in the world will have.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a D2C e-commerce environment, specifically within the North American sleep sector.
• A proven track record of successfully onboarding and scaling both organic publishers and PPC affiliate partners.
• Expert-level proficiency in market-leading affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact or Partnerize) and secondary analytics platforms (e.g., Brand Verity, Similarweb).
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, activating, and optimizing top affiliates with a strong focus on maximizing ROI, EPC, and ROAS.

Your 90-Day Objective:

Your mission begins on Day 1. You will achieve a critical, measurable outcome that delivers a big impact on the business:

• Land a New Strategic Partner: Launch one new affiliate partner generating $100K in first-click revenue within 90 days.
• Secure a Tier-1 Publisher Placement: Secure a Top 10 placement for Puffy in a Tier-1 "Best Mattresses" guide with a major publisher like Sleep Foundation, Forbes, or Wirecutter/NYT.

The alternative is another year where your potential is capped and your best ideas die in committee.
