CRM & Retention Manager

For our client, we are looking for an employee to the position of CRM & Retention Manager.

• Planning, coordinating, delivering and tracking compelling campaigns across CRM channels
• Developing & executing a best-in-class email marketing calendar, which includes writing creative briefs, building campaigns and applying global audience targeting on our CRM platform
• Developing personalised, scalable and automated marketing campaigns
• Continuously reporting on performance, using comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide insights for optimization
• Suggesting and implementing regular A/B testing to increase conversion and overall program efficiencies
• Conducting competitive research and identifying technological innovations, translating those into actionable recommendations to scale our marketing capabilities
• Formulating long‑term retention marketing plans to increase the loyalty of our current customer base

• 3+ years' experience in data‑driven marketing – specifically CRM/email marketing & automation
• Hands‑on skills using data and research to guide decisions – proficiency in Excel
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with increasing independence and autonomy
• Experience in the Beauty industry is a plus
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
