Marketing​/Social Media Manager

Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag is a family-run business that takes pride in its fun and easy to use cocktail mixers made in the USA. We only use all natural ingredients without artificial colors or flavors, and deliver cocktails in a unique way - i.e. Cocktails in a Bag® and our new K'Tails® K-cup Cocktail Mixes. Lieutenant Blender's has been in business for over 20 years and has offices in Galveston, TX and Portland, OR.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing/Social Media Manager based in the Portland, Oregon. The role involves managing social media, influencer and marketing campaigns, developing communication strategies, creating video and still content, optimizing social media presence, writing engaging copy, and managing and coordinating work with freelancers. Some work from home options are available for this position.

• Overall knowledge/experience of running effective marketing campaigns
• Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and SMO skills
• Strong communication and writing abilities
• Experience in developing and executing social media campaigns
• Understanding of social media analytics and optimization
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and experience with digital marketing trends and tools
• Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or proven record of success in the field
