Schwing Bioset is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and enhancing our online presence. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it perfect for someone eager to grow their marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-person position, not available as a remote position.

Responsibilities

Management of company website built in Word Press;
Content editing, forms, blogs, etc.

Email marketing based on Hubspot, including SBI Weekly News and other campaigns – Content, database management, tracking, and importing/updating contacts from Salesforce and website submissions.

Manage Social Media and Marketing accounts, including You Tube, Wistia, and Network Solutions.

Editorial / Content submissions to industry journals.

Coordinate production of sales materials; brochures, application reports, trade show banners, posters, print ads, and packaging artwork.

Assist managing outside vendors;
Technical Writers, Programmatic Advertisers, Google Ads, branding giveaways, apparel, etc.

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts in conjunction with VP
- Sales & Marketing for marketing and sales materials.

Design and format marketing materials including business cards, newsletters, Christmas cards/gifts, and sales maps.

Ownership of all facets of trade show participation including sign-up, booth services, layouts, staff registration, and coordinate with Shipping for inbound and outbound freight.

Assist in coordination of service training schools.

Support sales as necessary with proposal submissions.

Keep monthly tracking analytics.

Conduct all activities within the guidelines of company policies, procedures, and work rules.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
2-4 years experience in a Sales and Marketing Role.
Software used:
Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Social Media, Word Press, Hubspot, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Salesforce, Linked In, You Tube, Facebook.
Able to sit several hours during an 8-hour workday.
Must possess strong grammar usage, proofreading, and copywriting abilities.
