We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator who will support the execution of marketing and outreach activities to help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable assisting multiple teams. This role is well-suited for someone who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid and remote work models are available.

• Assist with a variety of marketing tasks that support revenue-driving initiatives
• Work with internal teams on Upwork postings as needed (this includes drafting posts, vetting applicants, and coordinating interviews all under direction)
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing projects involving external consultants (graphics, packaging, one-pagers) as assigned
• Draft marketing copy (e.g., email campaigns) based on provided guidance and submit content for review prior to sending
• Use marketing tools to support lead generation and outreach initiatives
• Post approved content on social media platforms
• Assist with internal marketing projects (e.g., cataloging educational items, SharePoint site organization, etc)
• Conduct foundational research to support marketing initiatives, such as identifying general trends in prospective customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support, outreach, or similar role
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
• Basic knowledge in common marketing tools
• Willingness to learn CRM and sales applications
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated desire to learn and grow in the role
• Comfortable working with vendors and coordinating deliverables
• A proactive communicator who brings up questions to manager before issues arise
