Job Overview
Our innovative, Great Place to Work‑Certified™ PR agency is growing and adding a full‑time Media Coach to our Minneapolis team!
Responsibilities- Work closely with CEOs, executives, and marketing professionals to understand key messages and establish them as industry experts.
- Develop strategic messaging, craft interview opportunities, write and edit pitches, talking points, articles and blogs.
- Coordinate media relations, schedule interviews, and follow up with clients.
- Lead strategy sessions, prepare clients for interviews, and provide constructive feedback post‑interview.
- Collaborate with the team, contribute creative ideas, and maintain high quality under tight deadlines.
- 2–3 years of post‑college experience in journalism, strategic communications, public relations, or marketing.
- Highly organized and process‑driven, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilient, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and receptive to feedback.
- Strong relationship‑building, executive presence, and high emotional intelligence.
- Excellent research, storytelling, writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in media relations and coordinating interview logistics.
$58,000 – $65,000
