- Manage customer channels to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement
- Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign results and optimize performance
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in marketing or communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing marketing/communications plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as
- Basic design skills, including photo editing and PDF editing
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with industry suppliers and vendors
