Reporting to the Director of Advertising, the Amazon Advertising Specialist is responsible for the hands‑on execution, daily management, and optimization of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns. This role is focused on driving client success through meticulous campaign setup, continuous monitoring, and data‑driven analysis, and continuous optimization towards hitting pre‑defined KPIs.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced remote work environment. You will be responsible for translating advertising strategies into flawless execution, managing campaign budgets and performance, and providing performance insights to the internal team. This is a non‑client‑facing role focused purely on operational excellence and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution:
    Build, launch, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
  • Daily Optimization:
    Perform daily campaign management, including monitoring budgets, adjusting bids, and managing placements to meet performance goals.
  • Keyword Management:
    Conduct keyword research, keyword harvesting, and ongoing keyword targeting optimizations, including adding negatives, to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Reporting:
    Pull and prepare regular performance reports for the internal advertising team, providing clear insights on key metrics (ACoS, TACOS, CPC, ROAS, CAC, NTB).
  • DSP Support:
    Dedicate approximately 10% of time to supporting Amazon DSP campaign setup and operational tasks as directed.

    Work closely with Amazon Advertising Managers and the Director to ensure campaign execution aligns with the approved strategy.
