Marketing Team Member (Remote | Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing Team Member to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands brand consistency, and can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, supporting marketing campaigns from concept through execution, and tracking performance to continuously improve results.


ey Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, and others as assigned)
  • Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, captions, short‑form videos, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies, content calendars, and campaign timelines
  • Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; prepare reports and make recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals and brand voice
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and basic design or layout changes
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience outreach efforts
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and written materials
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, branding, and audience engagement
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)
  • Experience creating visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to tone and detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred (But Not Required)
  • Experience with website platforms such as Word Press, Wix, or Squarespace
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, or email marketing platforms
  • Experience supporting marketing for professional services, law firms, or corporate brands
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, , Click Up, or similar)
