Marketing Copywriter

Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, is looking for a Marketing Copywriter to support Lifecycle Marketing efforts. This is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings in Tempe, AZ.

• Write and edit engaging, concise, member‑centric copy for emails, newsletters, blogs, phone scripts, SMS, video scripts, etc.
• Understand audience needs and balance that perspective with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing team members to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting SLAs and compliance approvals.
• Ensure alignment on strategy, data insights, brand voice, and goals.
• Interpret complex briefs and produce accurate outputs.

• At least 1 year of experience in Lifecycle copywriting or similar digital writing that requires driving measurable engagement.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Strong project management skills and experience with tools such as Asana and AI to make workflow more efficient where possible.
• Ability to work independently and exercise initiative in getting information needed to move projects forward.
• Demonstrated ability to receive constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve.
• Experience successfully collaborating cross‑functionally with large teams.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• A portfolio of writing samples.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
