Search Engine Advertising (SEM) Specialist to join their dynamic team. Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven advertising, known for their innovative strategies and impressive client success stories in the e-commerce and paid media space.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, You Tube, and Shopping.

Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency across multiple paid channels.

Generate detailed reportson campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and refine advertising initiatives.

Oversee external contractors and ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in paid advertising efforts.

5+ yearsof hands-on experience insearch engine paid advertising.

5+ yearsof agency experience, with3+ yearsin e-commerce.

Google Ads certifications(required) and familiarity with Microsoft Ads.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager(preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.

Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Proven track recordof managing successful paid ad campaigns.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.

Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
