Channel Marketing Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you’ll own the channel marketing strategy for LATAM, establishing partnerships with key distributors and resellers to enhance pipeline generation. Collaboration will be essential as you work across various teams, with success defined by co-marketing plans that yield measurable outcomes.

• Own the end-to-end channel marketing strategy in LATAM, developing Go-To-Market and joint marketing plans with partners.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns with marketing and product teams; launch joint solutions and enable sales efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to negotiate and secure buy-in from partners while supporting strategic initiatives.
• Manage MDF budgets and report metrics; collect campaign data and assess performance with analytics support.
• Develop joint messaging and training content for partners to maintain engagement and program status.
• Plan and execute partner-facing and customer-facing events like trade shows and field initiatives.

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience; 5+ years in channel marketing in tech or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM channel partner ecosystem, including experience with leading resellers and distributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English, able to translate tech features into business value.
• Proven ability to build relationships; strong team player in high-achieving settings.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, proactive approach, skilled in multitasking and prioritization.
