Remote Channel Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the channel marketing strategy in LATAM, establishing partnerships with key distributors and resellers. Your contributions will significantly impact the company's pipeline by implementing co‑marketing plans that yield measurable results. • Lead the end‑to‑end partner marketing strategy in LATAM, developing Go‑To‑Market and joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing, product marketing, and channel teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to sell strategic plans, negotiate space, secure partner buy‑in, and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage MDF budgets and reporting, tying spend to metrics and collecting campaign data to assess performance.
• Support partner enablement by developing joint messaging, content, and ensuring partner training.
• Plan and execute events including partner‑facing and customer‑facing activities such as trade‑shows and field events.

• Hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience; 5+ years in channel marketing at high‑tech or SaaS companies.
• Have a deep understanding of the LATAM channel partner ecosystem, including leading resellers and distributors.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Demonstrate proven success in building and fostering relationships and be a team player in high‑achievement environments.
• Exhibit extensive problem‑solving skills, be proactive, and skilled at multitasking and prioritization.
