Travel Requirements

This role requires travel for internal meetings and industry conferences or trade shows as required.

The Team & Role

The Marketing Manager, Education is responsible for developing, activating, reporting on, and continually improving the performance of integrated marketing initiatives that increase Logitech revenue in the Education segment, while helping to mature our marketing processes and operations. As a key member of the North America Logitech for Business (L4B) Marketing Team, the Marketing Manager, Education will build and execute a marketing strategy for both direct and indirect (through channel) engagement.

The direct marketing strategy will be built upon the focus areas defined by leadership, leverage content, messaging, and programs received from central functions or self‑generated, and address the unique needs and objectives for the Direct Engagement Public Sector sales team. The channel strategy will serve the capabilities, constraints, and business objectives of the priority Education channel partners. Programs could include to‑channel tactics such as enablement, training, and incentives as well as through‑channel tactics such as advertising, email, and events.

The Marketing Manager, Education will present and garner buy‑in for a proposed plan of activities, continually measure and evaluate return on investment, other key performance indicators, and pursue innovation and continual improvement. A successful Marketing Manager, Education will seize the opportunity to influence content, programs, and platforms while being equally willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute where necessary.

The Marketing Manager must be able to manage multiple projects and move with a sense of urgency while navigating the nuances of a matrixed organization.
