Puffy is a top 5 mattress brand in the US, and we’re seeking a results‑driven Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate program strategy and drive significant revenue growth. This role will expand our affiliate network, optimize program performance, and accelerate revenue in the competitive D2C mattress landscape.

You will establish and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, identify unexplored channels, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and support our position as an industry leader.

• Proven D2C Expertise
  : 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a B2C e‑commerce environment within the North American sleep sector (USA/Canada).
• Proven success in onboarding and scaling organic publishers and PPC affiliate partners.
• Advanced Affiliate Knowledge
  :
  In‑depth understanding of affiliate marketing channels, attribution models, and performance metrics (EPC, ROAS).
• Data & Analytics Skills
  :
  Proficiency in market‑leading affiliate tracking tools such as Impact or Partnerize and secondary platforms such as Brand Verity, Similarweb/Ahrefs, or Visual Ping.
• Performance‑Driven Mindset
  :
  Demonstrated success in recruiting, activating, and optimizing top affiliates for maximum ROI.
• Negotiation & Communication
  :
  Strong background in managing vendor/partner relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial Approach

  :
  Familiarity with running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns in tandem with affiliate initiatives.
