Branch Marketing Coordinator at Embrace Home Loans
This role is based in Cherry Hill, NJ and offers a hybrid schedule of three days in the office. You will work as part of the Operations department, reporting to the Branch Manager, and work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Base Pay Range$50,000.00/year – $55,000.00/year

Education & ExperienceEducation:
Formal education in Marketing or a related field is preferred; however, demonstrated hands‑on marketing experience is strongly valued and may substitute for a college degree.
Experience:
0‑1 year of marketing experience desired. Must have experience creating content in Canva and developing social media content.
- Digital marketing and content creation experience.
- Social media and email marketing proficiency.
- Strong written communication and brand messaging skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva Pro, Figma, (project management), Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok, Facebook, Total Expert.
TrainingParticipate in ongoing training on sales, technology, products, procedures, and pricing. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law.
Responsibilities- Design branded content across digital, social, email, web, and print.
- Edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, Linked In, You Tube Shorts, and event coverage.
- Support retail sales branches by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, objectives, and suggesting creative ways to increase brand awareness and conversion.
- Collaborate with the creative team and provide briefs for promotional and digital material such as flyers, postcards, brochures, social media, web banners, and trade show materials.
- Apply social media best practices, including paid and organic strategies; experience running campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager a plus.
- Maintain communication with Loan Officers through email and phone.
- Coordinate seminar events and trade shows, ensuring they are effectively marketed, RESPA‑compliant, cost‑effective, and coordinated with vendors.
- Plan virtual and in‑person events for retail Branches and individual Loan Officers, including larger events such as open houses and client appreciation events.
- Train and support Loan Officers on marketing software tools.
- Manage production of branded items such as stationery and promotional merchandise, including vendor communication, invoicing, and receipt tracking.
- Track competitor activity and stay abreast of market changes and marketing mix used by competitors.
- Participate in group brainstorming sessions when required.
