Job Purpose: As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will plan and execute participant adoption marketing projects, developing high‑impact materials to increase program enrollment and participant adoption rates.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Adoption Marketing to define strategic direction for participant adoption objectives.
- Develop integrated, compelling traditional and digital marketing campaigns driven by performance data and target demographic data to increase program enrollments.
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to produce impactful content that drives engagement among program participants.
- Leverage demand generation skills to creatively capture the attention of participants.
- Plan and execute strategies for digital landscapes including emails, text messages, microsites, and social media marketing.
- Manage adoption direct mail communications, including letters, self‑mailers, and specialty print items, in collaboration with the Account Management team and external vendors.
- Create, manage, and update content on internal‑ and external‑facing company microsites.
- Develop and manage co‑marketing and co‑branded enrollment materials for clients.
- Collaborate on data reporting to evaluate the efficacy of initiatives and recommend strategy moving forward, including identifying email deliverability challenges.
- Write, edit, proofread and update client‑related content and communications in accordance with the style guide.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure outsourced work aligns with branding and quality standards.
- Maintain participant contact lists, imports, and permissions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Optimize digital and print design for various delivery mediums.
- Balance competing priorities by managing both participant and client demands with clear communication.
- Conduct competitor research related to participant enrollment efforts.
- Take on a variety of projects as needed.

Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
3 to 5 years in marketing, including 1 to 2 years in the health and benefits industry.

Working Conditions:
Standard office setting with remote work options. Work involves extended periods of computer use and may include interruptions from personnel, visitors, and telephone calls.
