Center Well is redefining senior-focused care across the country and we’re looking for a collaborative, data-driven marketing professional to help us scale that mission. As the Senior Associate, Management Service Organization (MSO) Marketing, the cross-division efforts of the MSO & Independent Practice Association (IPA) business segment and will serve as a critical conduit to the Product Marketing team and select business partners, facilitating seamless communication and strategic alignment.

This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating localized strategies that connect deeply with patients and caregivers.

Key Role Functions Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Support the development of comprehensive and scalable resources aimed at empowering our affiliate partners with tools that enable them to grow their practices, independently
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, and adjusting based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders
  • Use data and insights to evaluate full-funnel marketing impact and inform future strategy, including forecasting, budget management and performance optimization
Insights & Intelligence
  • Leverage advanced analytics, market research and predictive modeling to uncover emerging opportunities and risks across markets
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide enterprise-level decision making and long-term growth strategies
  • Champion test & learn culture that empowers the execution team to experiment, refine and scale approaches with evidence-driven outcomes
Stakeholder & Partner Management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
  • Serve as the key relationship owner to senior business leaders, driving value in partnership, strategic planning, thoughtful stakeholder engagement and insightful performance analysis
  • Build strong partnerships with market and operational leaders to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in local priorities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions
  • Proven experience in development and executing marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare, senior services, or multi-site operations
  • Familiarity with regional marketing dynamics and community engagement strategies
  • Experience supporting agency relationships and local media planning
  • Ability to adapt messaging across diverse cultural and geographic audiences
Additional Information
  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
