Compensation: $40-50/hr W2

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to manage cross‑functional marketing campaigns that support the sale of products and services in the annuities channel. This role involves end‑to‑end execution of campaign strategies while ensuring all projects are delivered on time. You will manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment, serving as a key liaison between marketing teams, business partners, and third‑party stakeholders.

• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track the progress of marketing projects
• Understand overall strategy to ensure projects are executed appropriately
• Analyze previous project performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage cross‑functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services in the annuities channel
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing, business partners, and third‑party stakeholders
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaigns at once
• Ensure projects are delivered on time
• Work closely with compliance to understand advertising guidelines and ensure adherence
• Adhere to established processes and workflows related to end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in marketing project management
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
• Proficiency with the Workfront platform (preferred)
• Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing platforms (preferred)
