About the Role

Hinge Health is seeking an experienced Senior Consumer Marketing Manager to lead growth marketing initiatives that enhance user engagement, retention, and business outcomes across our product suite. This role requires strong marketing and analytical skills, sound professional judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working on diverse challenges. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for complex initiatives, delivering measurable results with full independence, and developing cross-functional influence and leadership.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and designing personalized campaigns that connect with our diverse user base. You will also collaborate with product teams to launch new program features aimed at driving incremental engagement and retention.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Serve as the strategic owner of performance data, leveraging insights to drive engagement, improve renewals, and materially impact a core revenue-critical area of the business.
  • Develop and refine messaging and positioning that clearly communicates our value proposition and differentiators to target audiences.
  • Lead development of strategic plans aided at driving member engagement, and retention.
  • Execute on plans to drive measurable business impact, working closely with creative and marketing automation teams.
  • Conduct and leverage market research and audience analysis to inform marketing strategies and ensure alignment with audience needs and company objectives.
  • Analyze marketing and campaign performance data to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and inform ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Partner with and influence stakeholders across Product, Data Science, Creative, and Marketing Automation to translate business decisions into actionable marketing plans and ensure alignment on goals.
  • Own and drive product feature and program launches, from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Operate in deep partnership with data and dashboards—continuously monitoring performance to proactively surface risks, diagnose trends, and drive strategic decisions across a core revenue-driving function.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, working with partners to resolve blockers and ensure program success.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven updates and recommendations to key stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Mentor and elevate the capabilities of the wider team to lead complex work streams.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Possesses expert-level understanding of standard and custom marketing approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead multiple projects or campaigns from ideation through execution and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to inform strategy and measure results.
  • Operates with full independence. Sets direction for complex functional areas.
  • Proactively seeks strategic opportunities to drive step function changes to the business.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to exercise sound professional judgment.
  • Growth mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
