AboutThe Role
The Senior Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns to drive global B2B pipeline. Key duties include creating marketing strategies, managing campaign budgets and schedules, cross‑functional leadership and analyzing campaign performance to achieve revenue goals.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and execute campaigns:
Design and manage the implementation of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels like digital, email, social, and events to meet sales and pipeline goals. - Strategize:
Create overall campaign strategies, including the campaign calendar, messaging, and content. - Collaborate:
Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. - Analyze performance:
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. - Manage resources:
Oversee campaign budgets, production schedules, and ensure timely, on‑budget completion. - Content coordination:
Develop creative briefs and work with internal and external partners to produce marketing content. - Lead generation:
Implement demand and lead generation strategies to fill the sales funnel.
- Experience:
Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in B2B marketing with a track record of successful campaigns. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Program Management skills:
Highly organized and detail oriented to cross‑functionally align and lead team. - Strategic thinking:
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, demand generation, and lead conversion principles. - Digital marketing:
Hands‑on experience with digital channels such as SEM, display, social, and email. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and working with cross‑functional teams. - Analytical skills:
Proficiency in data analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing, for campaign optimization.
