OverviewZISHI is looking for a hands-on Senior Content & Digital Marketing Executive to deliver our content and digital marketing activity and act as an advocate for the ZISHI brand across digital channels. You will support the planning, creation and delivery of content, manage day-to-day social media activity (with a strong focus on Linked In) and paid campaigns, and help generate ICP-qualified leads by ensuring our website content attracts and converts our ideal clients.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the marketing and wider team to develop and deliver campaigns that build and protect the ZISHI brand and generate a growing flow of inbound leads from our ICP segments.
- Support the development and maintenance of an integrated content calendar across existing channels – Linked In, You Tube, email and website.
- Help translate business priorities into content plans and deliverables that support brand building, lead generation and client engagement.
- Work with the marketing team and pillar heads to curate input and ideas, ensuring agreed themes and propositions are reflected in content.

Content Creation & Curation

Contribute to topic and campaign ideas plus write or edit articles, thought leadership pieces, case studies, whitepapers and social copy in conjunction with internal and external SMEs, optimising all outputs for SEO and AI citations (AEO). - Audio-Visual:
Coordinate webinar and podcast studio recording sessions, including speaker liaison, promotion, logistics and post-production content for digital channels. - Repurpose long-form content into assets for social, email and other channels.
- Work with the Multimedia Designer to translate content plans into graphic assets with clear objectives, audiences, key messages and formats.
- Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured and consistent with ZISHI’s tone of voice.
- Social Media & Paid Campaigns
- Manage ZISHI and affiliated pages across platforms – profiles, groups, newsletters and products – as a flagship brand channel, including planning, drafting and scheduling posts.
- Oversee content and optimisation of ZISHI’s You Tube channel, working with the Multimedia Designer to ensure video content is on-brand, consistent and discoverable.
- Execution of Linked In paid ad campaigns, including creative setup, audience building, performance monitoring and optimisation, with support from the Marketing Director where required.
- Prepare and test content approaches for (re) launching ZISHI onto additional platforms.
- Work with the Multimedia Designer to develop visual assets, creating or adapting simple assets in Canva and tools such as Veed when required.
Website & Email
- In line with agreed plans, update and maintain content on the Word Press site, including landing pages, campaign pages and evergreen content, optimising for SEO and AI citations.
- Build and schedule email campaigns and journeys in Pardot when required, following agreed templates and parameters.
- Pull and organise performance data from GA4, Word Press analytics, Linked In and other platform insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement and lead volume, highlighting trends and supporting the team with ideas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy, ensuring content is properly reviewed and coordinating sign-off with the Marketing Director.
- Incorporate feedback on lead quality and ICP fit into content and campaign improvements, working with the Marketing Director.
- Proactively explore and trial new tools, platforms and technologies that could improve content workflows, campaign execution and reporting, sharing recommendations with the marketing team.
