Bright Marketing Collective is a marketing agency located in Prescott, Arizona that specializes in creating strategic content for businesses by focusing on both the consumer and business perspective. Our goal is to produce fun, effective, current, and deeply strategic content that propels our clients' businesses forward with sustainable growth to reach their target audience, drive engagement, and increase sales.

This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator. The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will be responsible for executing social media marketing strategies, creating and optimizing social media content, managing communication, and creating and executing content strategies. This is a hybrid role, with primarily work from home but onsite for client content shoots in Prescott, AZ.

• Experience in developing content strategies and creating optimized social media content
• Experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or 2+ years Marketing Experience
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent copywriting + graphic design skills
• Strong strategy and analytics reporting skills
• Ability to work in Later, Notion, Slack, and Canva
