Are you energized by connecting dots across brands and business units? As the Senior Associate, Enterprise & Cross Brand Initiatives, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing strategies that span Humana’s enterprise and brand portfolio. You’ll help ensure consistency, cohesion, and strategic alignment across initiatives that impact multiple lines of business and the broader enterprise.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, development, and execution of enterprise-wide marketing initiatives that span multiple brands, business units or enterprise efforts, ensuring cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.
Collaborate closely with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure integration, consistency, and clarity across all enterprise and cross-brand marketing efforts.
Partner with respective line of business owners to translate business objectives and challenges into actionable marketing strategies and solutions that drive engagement, stability and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with Customer Life Cycle Marketing (Go to Market Teams), within an agile pod model, empowering the pods to execute on the marketing strategy through campaign activation tactics while ensuring campaigns deliver on aligned marketing strategy.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of annual planning, business intake briefs, marketing briefs and messaging frameworks that support enterprise priorities and strengthen overall brand equity.
Manage stakeholder communications and cross-functional coordination, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and key decisions throughout initiative life cycles.
Monitor initiative performance and support development of insights and recommendations to inform future planning, continuous improvement, and enterprise-level decision-making.
Apply a strong commercial lens and modern marketing skill set to develop solutions-oriented recommendations that balance consumer needs with business priorities.
Champion consumer-centric thinking, ensuring that enterprise and cross-brand initiatives are grounded in meaningful consumer insights while honoring business priorities and enterprise goals.

This position operates under EST. This position will also require up to 10% travel.
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, marketing strategy, or enterprise-level campaign planning.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units or brand portfolios.
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex timelines and deliverables.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Experience developing messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and/or activation plans.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in consumer package goods (CPG), healthcare, insurance, other regulated industries and/or large multi-brand organizations.
Familiarity with enterprise campaign planning and governance.
Background in strategic planning or corporate marketing.
Experience working with external agencies and internal creative teams to execute enterprise-wide initiatives.
