Job Overview
Programmatic Specialist – Coegi, located across multiple office sites:
Kansas City, MO;
Columbia, MO;
St. Louis, MO;
Minneapolis, MN.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Visa sponsorship not available. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities- Work in programmatic platforms to set up and manage media campaigns, ensuring success across the lifetime of client media campaigns.
- Monitor pacing and performance of client campaigns across all programmatic platforms.
- Participate in training across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and report campaign performance for client media campaigns (including some client-facing interaction).
- Review the status and performance of campaigns with internal client account team members and, as needed, with clients.
- Provide programmatic bidding expertise and research for internal client account team members and client strategists on new business efforts.
- Participate in the development of client presentations in conjunction with Client Services and Strategy.
- Promote Coegi’s external marketing by developing timely blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably within an agency, managing digital campaigns, programmatic bidding, and social advertising.
- Self‑starter who takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing areas.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform or DV360.
- Familiarity with trafficking third‑party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels, and tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with both direct‑response and brand marketing.
- Ability to multi‑task, be detail‑oriented, organized and analytical.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, especially Excel and other analytical tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business, advertising, or equivalent professional experience.
