In this role, you’ll be reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager with a hybrid working schedule between our Fairfield, NJ location and home office.
What you will be doing Create unforgettable experiences- Support all aspects of event planning and management, from concept ideation to flawless execution
- Develop and maintain an annual event calendar, ensuring every detail reflects our brand’s elegance
- Coordinate with designers, partners, and vendors to bring show houses and collaborations to life
- Conduct research to identify visionary designers for future partnerships
- Manage press pitching and communications calendars to keep our brand in the spotlight
- Liaise with editors, design centers, and internal teams to ensure seamless press coverage
- Input and monitor marketing activities in our task management system
- Manage expenses, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with Finance for timely payments
- Schedule and organize meetings, book travel, and oversee all related logistics
- Ensure every interaction and detail reflects the sophistication of our brand
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate the impact of events, partnerships, and press initiatives
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously elevate our marketing efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and experienced in managing vendors and client relationships
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects and priorities
- Collaborative team player with positive energy, adaptability, and openness to reprioritization
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Interest in Marketing or Interior Design is strongly desired

Your Compensation Journey- Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000, based on your experience and technical expertise
