Account Coordinator – Artwork Production

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter to join our Bentonville team as an entry-level Account Coordinator. The right person will be responsible for supporting in the coordination of production artwork and product development activities. The team member will be working with our domestic and global teams, creative, retail, and brand owning clients.

The Account Coordinator will be accountable to support account management and proofing production artwork, manage customer inquiries, and collect, assemble and distribute pertinent information related to artwork. This information includes, but is not limited to, production specifications, digital assets and other client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, the Following:

• Support account managers and designers in all areas of business and product development
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production artwork by brand.
• Communicate effectively with global locations about client needs and projects
• Follow project schedule(s) and progress, providing updates as required
• Participate in team & product development meetings and maintain positive relationships with teammates
• Demonstrate and utilize continuous learning of our products, industry and workflow in pursuit of career growth

Requirements Include:

• Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication supported by strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency:
  Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. This position is email and spreadsheet intensive.
• Remote position with required hours central time
• Ability to multi-task, allocate time and coordinate projects efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team and autonomously in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
• Knowledge/use of common file transfer systems, such as Dropbox, One Drive,

Preferred Qualifications

• Education in graphics, print, editing, or packaging design or equivalent work experience
• Understanding of retail packaging production processes and workflows.
• Experience working with global teams
