• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, medical, or research communications in a fast-paced or highly regulated environment
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a scientific discipline
• Proven ability to lead strategic communications around research findings and clinical milestones
• Experience supporting communications in crisis contexts and simplifying complex medical standards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building trust among various stakeholders

• Strong relationships with health, science, and business press
• Experience engaging with both medical trade and mainstream media
• Comfort working alongside executives and legal teams to shape sensitive communications
• Proven ability to craft credible, data-driven narratives
• Familiarity with translating scientific insights into accessible stories for broader audiences
