About the Role

Leclair & Moreau is a growing premium perfume brand focused on high-quality, trust-driven content. We are looking for a part-time UGC Content Creator to produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok.

The role is primarily work from home, with occasional Ipswich-based street or local brand content when required.

Responsibilities

* Create a minimum of 20 short-form videos per month

* All videos must be submitted and approved before use

* Film engaging Reels / Tik Tok-style videos

* Participate in occasional Ipswich local shoots (brand-led)

* Make one minor revision per video if required

* Focus on content that builds trust and drives perfume sales

Important Clarification

* ❌ No access to Leclair & Moreau social media accounts

* ❌ You do not post the content

* ✅ You create → we approve → we post

* ✅ Commission applies only on tracked sales

Compensation

* £250 monthly retainer (part-time)

* Tiered commission (monthly):

* 0–50 sales → 5%

* 51–100 sales → 7%

* 100+ sales → 10%

* Sales tracked via unique discount codes

Who We’re Looking For

* Based in Ipswich or nearby (or able to travel locally when required)

* Comfortable creating on-camera content

* Strong understanding of Instagram & Tik Tok trends

* Interest in perfumes, beauty, or lifestyle content

* Reliable, consistent, and professional

Follower count is not important content quality matters.
