• Design and implement A/B tests in Email and Digital advertising channels.
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, and other channels.
• Conduct audits of marketing data for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Perform code reviews to identify efficiencies in marketing processes.
• Collaborate with channel owners to evaluate campaign results and make recommendations.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to improve channel efficiency and resolve performance issues.
• Standardize KPI definitions and reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field;
  Master’s preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R preferred.
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Understanding of attribution methodologies and digital analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate complex results into business recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
