We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to manage client-facing You Tube projects for a content-focused agency. This role is responsible for owning delivery end-to-end—coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring multiple You Tube projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring quality, clarity, and expectations are consistently met.

Our client is a growing You Tube-focused agency that helps businesses build and operate long-form You Tube channels for lead generation and growth. They manage the entire You Tube process from strategy, scripting, recording, editing, thumbnails, and publishing—while you manage clients, coordination, and delivery

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage multiple You Tube projects simultaneously
• Oversee the full content workflow: ideation, scripting, recording, editing, thumbnails, descriptions, and publishing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (editors, hosts, designers, writers)
• Track timelines, deliverables, and feedback
• Ensure output meets quality and client expectations
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before escalation

• Indonesian nationality
• Excellent English (spoken and written); client-facing role
• Experience working with professionally run You Tube channels
• Local or global is acceptable
• Must be professionally managed channels (adsense, leads, or business-driven)
• Background in marketing, social media, startup, or agency environments
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible working hours
• Core hours start around 9 AM Indonesia time
• Occasional late-night availability required for urgent client needs
