This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Guest Engagement Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as the strategic lead and primary client liaison for omnichannel guest engagement initiatives. You will own the planning, execution, and performance of engagement programs, driving collaboration across functions and managing key client relationships.
Your contributions will ensure alignment with broader business objectives while fostering long-term engagement strategies that prioritize optimization and innovation.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle across Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging—from strategy and planning to execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain an integrated omnichannel marketing calendar, including loyalty initiatives and targeted offer strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, proactively managing expectations and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the development of actionable creative briefs across multiple channels ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage execution timelines, resource planning, and campaign QA for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Partner with analytics teams to translate reporting into strategic insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in customer engagement, CRM marketing, account management, or agency-side marketing execution.
- Experience with enterprise engagement platforms such as Braze, Attentive, or Sparkfly.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize cross-channel marketing programs at scale.
- Strong client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
