Remote Project Manager, Brand & Creative

In this impactful role, you will serve as the operational architect of our brand and creative initiatives. You will be responsible for owning the entire lifecycle of internal and external creative projects, ensuring they exceed quality standards. From brand campaigns to sales decks and events, your strategic oversight will drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team, enabling our partner to excel in a competitive landscape.

• Lead the planning, production, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Build detailed project plans for diverse deliverables including brand campaigns and sales enablement materials.
• Manage creation, review, and delivery of all campaign materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Act as the primary administrator for Asana, overseeing project tasks and documentation.
• Report project status to leadership, providing updates on timelines and potential barriers.
• Oversee approval processes for all assets prior to launch.
• Manage budgets across multiple projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve workflows and implement process enhancements.

• 5+ years of experience managing complex creative campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and Figma; knowledge of AI tools preferred.
• Ability to build budgets and report on financial variances.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
