A leading outdoor retail organization is seeking a Senior Digital Merchandising Category Manager to join their growing eCommerce team. This hybrid or remote role requires a strategic mindset and strong eCommerce skills to enhance product discoverability and optimize customer experiences on their digital platforms. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years in eCommerce and experience with digital merchandising tools. The position offers a salary range of $89,500 to $112,200 plus benefits, including generous vacation, parental leave top-up, and more.
