Latte is recruiting a Digital Content Manager for an award-winning corporate comms agency that works with world-class, innovative leaders and businesses. About the job:You will have the autonomy to lead projects and set the digital strategy for a diverse portfolio of high-impact corporate clients.
- Develop tailored social media strategies and advise clients on organic and paid activity while collaborating on wider marketing goals.
- Provide Linked In expertise, drafting high-level copy for company pages and C-suite profiles, ensuring complex tones of voice are met.
- Build and manage strategic content calendars that align with client business objectives.
- Act as the primary digital contact, leading client calls, providing weekly updates, and sharing expertise with prospective clients during new business pitches.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and analyse metrics to extract actionable insights, adjusting strategies to maximise impact.
- Generate ideas for visual assets and work closely with the design team to bring them to life. You will also film and edit basic video content when required.
Our client is looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be comfortable acting as the go-to social expert, balancing creativity with strategic discipline. The ideal candidate:
- (Essential) Has 3–4 years of experience in a corporate agency environment, with at least 2 years specifically running and growing professional social accounts.
- Has a proven track record working with corporates, start-ups, and NGOs, both in the UK and globally.
- Has excellent writing skills capable of drafting thought-leadership blogs, newsletters, and engaging social copy for C-level executives.
- Has at least 1 year of experience of being in a client-facing role, and has the confidence to lead strategies and client calls independently.
- Is proficient with social media scheduling tools.
- Has experience with Paid Linked In campaign setup and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) is highly desirable.
- Is an expert at managing projects in collaboration with designers and videographers, providing clear creative direction throughout.
