Job Overview
The Social Media Operator will support the marketing team in enhancing the profile and increasing the brand awareness. This role focuses on creating engaging and high-quality content across Xiaohongshu and WeChat to connect with target audiences effectively. The assistant will also contribute to developing and executing creative content strategies to align with the overall marketing goals of the business.
Responsibilities- Conduct weekly research on competitors’ social media content trends and discuss with marketing team.
- Collect and analyse high-engagement and high-conversion posts, and write monthly content plans.
- Develop high-quality content tailored to the preferences of high-net-worth families. Utilise online resources and existing marketing materials to create posts independently, including image design, copywriting, and video editing.
- Perform in-depth analysis of social media data monthly, identify key products and topics for promotion and provide recommendations for content optimisation.
- Analyse the psychology and needs of high-net-worth parents, creating insightful and perspective-aligned WeChat articles independently.
- Conduct customer research, market/industry research, and competitor analysis to gathering key insights to support marketing decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team, providing strategic input and creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Design images using graphic design software.
- Write articles tailored for targeted audiences.
