You’ll also benefit from direct collaboration with platform partners including Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and Pinterest, giving you early access to features and insights that drive results.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, take optimisation actions, and drive improvements in ROAS.
• Create detailed performance reports and translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand objectives and shape strategic campaign direction.
• Work closely with creative teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand tone and performance goals.

• 1‑2+ years’ experience managing paid social/search campaigns, with hands‑on Meta Ads experience for e‑commerce brands spending £10k+ per month.
• Exposure to e‑commerce marketing strategies and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with client‑facing experience.
• Proven analytical mindset with a data‑led approach to campaign management.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑growth, fast‑paced remote working environment.
