Digital Marketing Expert

Oyster Link is the newest and fastest growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise and excellent English communication with proven expertise in:

• At least two digital marketing channels
• Creating effective copy for marketing campaigns
• Creating, setting up and optimizing paid and social campaigns to hit goals
• Setting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reports

The GOALS for this position is to:

• Ensure qualified candidates come to the site, sign up and create a free profile
• Get hiring managers to post jobs on a regular basis
• Grow our social following
• Grow our organic visitors from various search engines
• Increase re-engagement on the site
• Improve stickiness onsite to bring back visitors

• 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Hands-on expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO
• Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc.)
• Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns
• Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
• Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
